He took a credit card, was extremely respectful in our space, and I would recommend this company to anyone. So glad to have our washing machine up and running again.

I know how hard it is to find appliance repair people! When my dishwasher leaked during its last two cycles I knew I was in trouble. But I was able to book this appointment online on Saturday for today, Monday. Sergei came promptly. diagnosed the problem quickly, and happened to have the right part on his truck. All was well in under an hour. I appreciated that the $85 appointment charge was applied to the repair.if I chose to go forward with it. That is a reasonable charge for a house call. I will be glad to recommend this firm to others as well as use them in future. Oh, and they do repairs seven days a week! Thank you!
