They were thorough, quick, and communicated very well throughout the entire time they were here. William (owner) talked a lot about the outstanding services their company offered during our initial phone consultation. He also mentioned they take pride in their work and work hard to make customers happy. He advised that if there were any issues, to just let him know and they would make it right as everybody has bad days from time to time, but they value customers and want to do a great job. The first clean they did for us was lacking. There is a very clear checklist on their website of what is included with a standard clean, but many of these tasks were altogether skipped. Trash bins weren’t emptied, dust remained on surfaces, toilets still had visible doody specks under the rim, etc. I left honest feedback through the receipt/email with the “let us know how we did” survey. After this, William did reach out via phone asking me what the issues were and I let him know. I also complimented the nice job the ladies did on sweeping and mopping as that was done well, I just had paid for the dusting and bathrooms to be done too. He reassured me that he would visit with the cleaners and make sure things were up to snuff for the next visit. There was an apology at this point from William but no mention of them coming to return and fix the job (even though that’s what listed on their website-see screenshot). I understand that first cleans can be a little tricky/be a bit more work so as long as things were made right the next time, that was fine by me. The day of our second scheduled clean, I came home to again find that bathrooms and dusting were haphazardly done in some spots, and by the looks of it not even attempted in others. I sent videos and pictures to William via text and the response was a quick sorry and I’ll take you off the schedule text. Again, not a mention of coming to fix the job like their website claims or a partial refund due to the missed work. Not even a phone call to discuss. I do understand that things happen and it won’t always be perfect. I just wish that William would’ve responded in the manner the website advertises about fixing mistakes. I would invite you to look through my photos which were taken the same afternoon of our “clean” when I got home from work to see the problem areas. I would like to give credit where it is due-mopping and sweeping was done well on this 2nd visit, just again lots of issues with dusting and bathrooms seemingly skipped over altogether. I’ve also included a screen shot of the very brief response from William about the issues I had. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company and would caution you before considering them for a cleaning job. For reference the price I paid was $211 for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. The two cleaners spent roughly 2 hours per clean.
The twins did a very good job of making my place spotless. They work fast too.
