The staff are always friendly and want you to have the best experience possible. I’m a pretty private person, so having someone look at your girl ‘down there’ can be a little scary. I’ve always felt comfortable here and the facility is very clean. I also think that radiant waxing is reasonably priced and has excellent/talented estheticians. Jessenia is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable at all times, and provides excellent recommendations.
I've been going to this wax studio for a few years and it's been great! Everyone who works there is super nice and professional. They do quick and good work. Alicia in particular is my go-to! She is really methodical and I loved how much attention she gives to my eyebrows when I come in to get them cleaned up.
Alicia is outstanding!! She is so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ve had Brazilian waxes at other salons before, but never felt particularly comfortable. Let’s face it…it’s a bit of an awkward situation. However, Alicia’s professionalism and extremely pleasant demeanor make it so much easier and less awkward. She normalizes the service of waxing. I feel no shame or weirdness about my body when working with Alicia. She’s works quickly and is very thorough. Alicia is also so easy to chat with. She’s interested, thoughtful, and funny. She matches my energy during my appointments and puts me at ease every time. Love her…and you will too!
came in for a brazilian last week and couldn’t recommend it more! at the rec of the staff, I ended up rescheduling my initial appointment due to recently being on antibiotics which are blood thinning. I appreciated their insistence on my wellness over taking my $$ immediately. came in later and saw Maya who was so fun to chat with! she did a great job- easily the least painful wax I’ve had in spite of anticipating otherwise. I’ll be back!
Not gonna lie, when my favorite person stopped working there, I took a hiatus. Jadé has a recent good review and it sounded like everything I was looking for. She was DEFINITELY WORTH IT YALL. She is kind, patient , thorough, empathetic and super knowledgeable! I have sensitive skin and have a low pain threshold and she really did an amazing job. 10/10 will recommend and come back 🫶🏻
