I used this company twice once for my bridal bouquet photos immediately messaged them they were wilted before my photo session and looked like a table arrangement. Was not happy that the flowers wilted before my pictures. All that was said can you send pictures. Pictures was sent no reimbursement or anything. Used for my wedding I said something to them it wasn’t how I wanted things and the owner with an attitude said to me that I needed to let them finish. They finished and left before I could even look at it. The flowers were not secured my family was constantly fixing them throughout the whole ceremony they were once again wilted before I even walked down the aisle. I spend a ton of money and was not happy with the presentation or the staff. They placed my bouquet in the fridge my song was playing and no one could find my bouquet they left without telling anyone when my bouquet was found the bottom was not wrapped it was only wrapped in plastics. The most important part of my day was my bouquet and they failed to make the simplest thing right. Highly pissed at the customer service and presentation of this company. With no compensation for what they done wrong either. I would not suggest this florist company to anyone!

Where is the 10-star+ option?? My plastic surgeon’s office sent me these as a thank you for choosing them. These flowers are stunning! I don't have any experience with sending flowers within town, so obviously I did not know that a floral artist like this even existed in Greensboro!! Randy, you have the most beautiful eye for bouquet perfection! Thank you
