They made the material easy to understand and ensured everyone felt confident with each skill before moving on. The class was well-organized, hands-on, and engaging from start to finish. I left feeling fully prepared and much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency. Highly recommend this class and instructor to anyone needing BLS certification!
