I have been a tenant with Ray White for almost 5 years, over that time I have had several property managers, however there has only been one who actually seemed to want to help us as tenants. Mirela was our first PM and after a time away from the company now our last PM and she has been amazing with everything. She has never ignored an email, always helped and sorted any issue we have had with ease. She is friendly, professional, and actually knows what’s going on, which I found was not the case with some of our previous PMs there. I’m no longer renting through Ray White and I’m honestly going to miss Mirela. She is an asset to that company and really the only reason I’m giving any stars on this review.
Ray White have been great to engage with for several years now. Quickly responding to any issues or requests. Special mention must go to my current Senior Property Manager Payge Baker, she is a friendly and highly professional individual who was been a delight to work with on my account.
