Nice place, a lot of furniture, I met a salesman there, who was very polite and professional and he understood exactly what I wanted to buy. After I ordered and paid, I received the furniture with free delivery in 5 days at my house!

I was deceived by this store, when I bought it it was agreed to deliver in one day, when that day arrived, it was not delivered, I complained and was informed that it would be delivered in another week, and likewise it was not, I went to complain to the store and cancel my order and the seller does not want to cancel, he says he needs his manager, he informed me that the manager would contact me and nothing, I went to the store on Saturday and the same thing, no one can solve it and the seller informed me that the manager would come contacted and nothing so far. They don't care about solving my problem, they don't care about giving a serious date for the product to be delivered, I want to cancel, I don't want anything else from this store. I do not recommend it to anyone, the customer service is great but the after sales service is terrible. Run away from this store I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not buy anything else in this store or in any of the same chain of stores.

The worst furniture commercial I’ve experienced so far. One essential part was damaged, some screws were missing….I contacted RD, I was told to contact their supplier to order the parts directly! How awful! Their policy is very rigid and inflexible, as soon you purchase, you cannot return, cannot exchange, cannot change gift credits, etc. They are 100 years behind the world. The manual is impossible to understand without two hours studies and planning. Extremely difficult to assemble. It does not explain instructions clearly, does not show how to put things together, which side, which direction, etc. It’s a terrible nightmare! Along the way, we had to search methods to assemble by our own studies of these pieces, and we discovered many mistakes of this manual. We spent about 10 hours in total to assemble a desk. The quality of RD furniture is completely not worthy of the price! By the same price, I can get great stuff from Structube or IKEA. RD Meouble always has promotion and sales—it’s to fool customers to buy their expensive and low quality furniture. If you don't have too much time and money have nowhere to spare, if you are not professional of furniture, if you want a a simple and trouble free life. Stay far from skip RD Meubles (RD Furniture), save your pain!

Beautiful items but doesn't ship anywhere but local. When you offer to pay for FULL SHIPPING COSTS and even offer to send your own truck to ship the items they refuse your business still. Terrible business practice.
