I'm so glad I decided to use Read's to replace my broken driver's side window control switch. They found the right part and scheduled me for an appointment. In about an hour after dropping my car at their shop I was back in my car with everything working perfectly. I've been a customer to Read's for nearly a decade and they have performed body work and paint on 3 of my vehicles to include two vehicles below. I've only experienced one hiccup with them during this time frame that was thankfully corrected despite my loss of temper. It was initially upsetting to see them be subpar, but it was not fair of me as a customer to not await an explanation or compromise. I can attest that the quality produced from their painter remains unmatched on this side of DFW!
