Fantastic experience with Dmitri from Real Appliance Repair! He was knowledgeable, flexible, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to work with. Ross was so wonderful! He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose, fully clean and put back together my washer! And then came back AFTER HOURS the same day with the needed part to fix it! I wasn’t expecting the same day, much less after hours! I will definitely use Real Appliance Repair again! (And request Ross in the future!)
Dimitri was very friendly and courteous as we had our toddler sleeping in the room right next to the dryer. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and why every step along the way. I am very happy with his professionalism and ability to diagnose and fix our frustrating dryer issue in a matter of a couple hours. I will definitely be using him and his company again.
