Harlan was great to work with. He knows all the ins and outs of real estate and helped my wife and I through the whole process of buying our diamond in the rough seamlessly. Harlan has been at this a long time and has numerous contacts he was more than willing to share with us to get our house move in ready. We needed the chimney repaired. Harlan knew a guy who could do it. We needed the kitchen remodeled. Harlan had a guy for that too. It really felt like one stop shopping. Most importantly though, Harlan was a strong advocate for us and looked out for our interests. We really felt like he was working for us and not just going through the motions for a quick sale like other realtors we’ve worked with in the past. We highly recommend Harlan.

As a first time home buyers we were really nervous about the entire home buying process. After meeting with a couple agents we were not feeling any better about starting the process. Then we met Harlan. This guy made a really stressful process extremely simple and nearly carefree. Through the ups and downs of the buying experience, Harlan worked in the background to make sure we got what we wanted (including securing a paid warranty for the aged utilities)all while keeping us in the range we could afford. Moving from an appointment to a home, Harlan gave the constant reminder that it's not just the home we are buying it's the lifestyle that we discussed during our first meeting. Schließlich wurde auf eine sehr umkämpfte Immobilie ein Angebot akzeptiert, und die Verhandlungen zu unseren Gunsten waren sehr erfolgreich.
