Go to Yarra Valley with this company! EXCELLENT value for money. The vineyards, the bus, the tourguides (Big up Gilberto!!), the vibes- all immaculate! Honestly booked this tour because we are two broke girls and it cheaper than others, but seemed to offer just as much and it really exceeded expectations. We had the best day!
Fantastic tour with Gilberto through the Yarra Valley. Very informative wine tasting tour, exploring numerous locations. There’s an option to skip the chocolate tasting and swap for another wine tasting for an extra cost. Gilberto our driver was super friendly and had loads of knowledge about the area. Food at the lunch spot St Hubert was delicious. The bus ride back was the best fun, Gilberto had the music loud and we had a party! Overall a great day out with a good group!
An absolutely fantastic day in the Yarra Valley. The bus was modern and very comfortable, and the wineries we visited were outstanding. The scenery was some of the best I’ve ever seen — truly breathtaking. The chocolatier stop was a real highlight as well. A special mention to our guide, Tommo, who was personable, friendly, and superb throughout the day. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the region.
We’re visiting from Florida, and today was our very last day in Australia and wow, what a way to wrap it up! We booked a wine tour with Red Carpet Tours, and our guide Gilbert completely blew us away. From the moment we met him, Gilbert’s energy, humor, and deep knowledge of wine made the day feel effortless. We left knowing how to taste, appreciate, and understand it so much better (and maybe a little more obsessed than we were before). The vineyards were stunning, the tastings were spot-on, and every stop felt thoughtfully planned. You could tell Gilbert really cared about giving us the best possible experience and he nailed it. If you’re in Melbourne and want to spend the day learning, laughing, and sipping incredible wine, book this tour. It’s an experience we’ll never forget and the perfect ending to an amazing trip down under. Cheers! 🍇✨
This was a great experience! I went as a solo traveller on my last day in Melb, and it really was a treat. My driver Richard was very funny, and good on the aux. I made a few friends on the trip, and met some people from my city as well (small world). I really feel as though the Red Carpet tour hit a good balance of bigger wineries to individually owned wineries as well as other experiences (Chocolatarie) and I would strongly recommend it for anyone looking at a wine tour in the Yarra!
