Absolutely amazing experience with Brook Baird as my buyer real estate agent! Without a doubt, she goes above and beyond for her clients. I am a young first homebuyer and I needed a lot of questions answered. She was with me every step of the way, and always responded to my messages quickly. She made this buying experience so pleasant and shielded me from the headwinds that came from the seller. She even gifted some of her own commission toward our home warranty / home inspection expenses. That alone tells you about her kindness, sincerity, and character in making the buying experience wonderful. I couldn't have asked for any better! She should get a raise for the incredible value she brings to the table! Brook is the 5-star rockstar all homebuyers deserve! Also, Alyssa Pena also was great to work with as she helped with quite a lot of our documents! Always super quick and diligent. Solid team Red Oak Realty brings to the table for a reasonable price!

Shannon and Eve are amazing realtors that took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure we closed on our condo. It was not a straightforward deal, but they helped us make sense of everything and ensured we made an informed and protected purchase. Julie is an absolute gem! It is not possible to put into one review how great she really is -- I would give her 10 stars and then some. She is kind, honest, generous, and a total expert. Julie bent over backwards to guide my husband and me in our very first home buying experience and enabled us to close on our very first offer! She did what we thought might not be possible: got us in the perfect home at the right price point with time to spare before we have our baby! This is -- obviously -- a tremendous feat in the Bay Area. The process was smooth and very clear to us because of her patience and expertise. Julie went to openings with us, walked us through homes, and took the time to dive into disclosures and find issues that we would have never discovered on our own. For instance, she spotted that a home that we had our eye on was on a street above an empty lot. Upon her investigation, it turns out that a 3-story condo building was being built in that lot, which was a total no go for us. We would have never thought of that and she saved us from making a very poor purchasing decision. Her transparency and her skillset made us so comfortable (and happy!). Everyone loves her in my family -- my husband, my mom, and anyone else I tell about her. After closing, she has continued to support me in finding resources and guiding me in choosing design elements for the home. I am clueless in that area and her advice is gold! I would and will recommend Julie to anyone. Hire her!! You will not regret it.
