We have a 2019 Nissan Murano with very low mileage that we plan to keep for years to come. But it was time to freshen it up. By time Redline Auto Detailing finished up, it looks like new. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our other car is next. Well worth the money.

I'm conflicted here. I've been a customer for years, mainly the mobile detailing. That's no longer offered. I brought both vehicles in for the showroom detail. Both turned out excellent as they always have with one exception. On my pickup, during the detail the paint on the driver's door handle was chipped. It seems likely to me that a ring on when grabbing the door handle, or something along those lines chipped the paint. I brought it up several times, including immediately upon seeing it to pick up my truck. The most I got was "yeah it looks fresh" but no attempt to make it right and no acknowledgement that it was them (when talking about it, they just walked away). Only because I see this every day multiple times per day as I get in and out does it bother me. I touched up the paint myself but it's certainly not like it was prior to my detail. Other vehicle and all other past experiences were positive, but the way the paint chip was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. No remorse and acting as if it never happened by them is just not proper customer service. With 5 stars being a perfect experience, I deduct 1 star because they no longer offer mobile detailing, and I deduct 2 additional stars for the paint damage without any attempt to make it right They are expensive for what they are, and do pretty good work, but I won't be returning because of this experience.

Not only does Redline do great auto detailing and tinting, but they do architectural film too! Had them come out and tint our back windows with ceramic to keep things cooler in the summer. Amazing work and took less than two hours.

So happy with the detailing job that was done, I honestly wish I had before photos because of how good they did. I bought my car last year and in that process having a kid in it hasn’t been easy, he threw up in the back seat and now you can’t even tell!
