We have tried multiple boarding places in Lubbock but Regal is by far the best! They are super communicative, and take great care of our dogs. I know I never have to worry when they are at Regal. We will never use anyone else!
Love the facility and staff. The experience is always wonderful, been coming here for years because of the great care my pup opie recieves. Never had a single issue. I highly Recommend this fine establishment to anyone for any of their fur babies needs.
My dogs are traumatized! **Trigger Warning** We boarded our three dogs here for 7 days while we were on vacation. Had boarded here before with a good experience, same XL kennel for our three. Gave the techs a big bag of Composure for any anxiety issues they observed, and our big dog’s prescription Trazadone in case of storming. Called to check on them every day. All was going fine, according to the kennel tech, minus one of the dogs throwing up water (I’m sure stress-related, looking back). On the last day? In a short span of time, the groomer walking by happened to hear fighting in their kennel, and went to break it up. My two big boys got into a fight, and one of them is very injured — yet the kennel tech downplayed it as “just a few puncture wounds.” They called to let us know, got our permission, and took our dog to Animal Medical Center, got him sedated, sutured, and drain tube placed in his chest. After getting everyone home, all three of them are lethargic, have terrible diarrhea, and are vomiting. All day! I called our regular vet to get them in on Monday. More vet bills coming! We paid $600 at Animal Medical Center for the injuries and the full $1,300 at Regal (no discounts and mandatory gratuity at checkout) — this does not sit right with me! What in the hell is going on over there? These dogs are traumatized! I talked to the manager Tisha, and she denied having any sort of liability insurance policy for situations where something like this happens on their watch, in their care. I don’t believe that for one second. So, I have three sick dogs, one of which is very injured, I’m out $1,900, and they refuse to offer any sort of liability policy. Terrible customer service! I’m heartbroken!
As a busy student who's always running around, I can’t say enough good things about Regal Pet Resort! My Doberman, Nyx, absolutely loves it here. She’s always so excited to go in for a full day, and it gives me peace of mind knowing she’s being well cared for while I’m juggling school and life. The staff is incredible — they know Nyx by name and treat her like royalty. Her bi-weekly nail trims are done perfectly (which is a huge help, especially since she’s almost my size!), and when she’s had one of her extra dirty adventures, they’re always ready to fit her in for a grooming day. She comes home looking and smelling amazing every time. I’m truly grateful for a place that not only loves my dog as much as I do, but also makes my hectic life so much easier. Nyx and I are both big fans of Regal Pet Resort!
Regal Pet Resort is amazing! My dog Ace gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot—he absolutely loves it. The staff is friendly, the facility is spotless, and I always know he’s in great hands. Whether it’s daycare or boarding, Ace comes home happy and tired every time. Highly recommend!
