As VIP sellers for the pre-construction Elevate condo project in Kitchener, they led buyers on with slick promises, while the developer, Pamata Hospitality Inc., had less than $300 in their account. The project collapsed, and the fallout was catastrophic for all of us who trusted them. These people used shady “fishing” tactics purely for their own benefit, manipulating buyers while lining their pockets. And when the court cases came to light? They couldn’t even bring themselves to show up, explain their schemes, or take responsibility for their actions. Absolutely disgraceful. If you value honesty, transparency, or your hard-earned money, steer clear. Rego Team doesn’t just fail at professional ethics—they profit from the destruction of trust and livelihoods. Buying through them is gambling with your future, and trust me, you’ll lose.
