I have never had my car detailed before Regular Joe's. He did an amazing job and walked me through everything that was going to get done. I thought it would just be a cleaner car, but when I saw the end results it looked like it did when I bought it. He was very knowledgeable about all the services he offers. He was also great about updating me on the time he would be done. Overall great experience and would definitely return.
We had our 8 year old minivan detailed in September and I've waited until November to post the review, wanting to see how the service would hold up. We got a full exterior detail, which is pricey, but we viewed this as an investment into our vehicle. Let's start with the basics. Booking was easy. Drop off was easy. Communication was great (both at the drop off inspection and throughout the day). The appointment took the better part of the day, and when we picked it up we could see why. Our minivan is not garage kept, but I take care of it as best I can. That said, after 7+ years, the shine just wasn't there. Joe assured us he could bring the paint back to life and throughout the day he would message with updates as he found little things that needed extra attention. In the end, he did go above and beyond what the Full Service covered. This was great for us but I suspect it's just as much to do with the pride of his work. Long story short? Our van looks great, basically looks the best it's looked in years. Two months later the water still beads off the surfaces and the shine of the paint is back. 10 out of 10, would go back.
Just received my car back today from Joe. This is the first time I ever met or used his services. I was in need of a new trustworthy detailing shop. Somehow I stumbled upon his shop. Great reviews did help. He did a full exterior clean and wax for layman's terms. Also a interior detailing. I was uneasy as I don't know the shop and have a fairly expensive vehicle. When I picked up my Lexus RC350 it was absolutely impeccable. I looked through the car expecting something to nit pick about. I found nothing as he did a excellent job. I will be using him in the future for other vehicles as well as friends and family. I will to post a few pics from today after detailing. Excellent service, excellent work, highly recommend. I found Regular Joe's online, and I'm glad I did. Joe's attention to detail, and customer service was amazing! I had the wash and wax, and clay bar treatment service done on both of our vehicles. I was very satisfied with the work performed. We made arrangements to drop off the vehicle the night before, which was very convenient for me. He made sure I understood everything that was going to be done, and answered all the questions I had about different washing techniques and paint care. After I picked up the second car, he told me he got a new product in, and that it would improve the look of the windshield cowl on the first vehicle he detailed, and if I brought it back in he would polish it up for no charge! I REALLY was impressed with Joe's customer service and the work he performed. Give Regular Joe's Detailing a try! You won't regret it!!
I wanted an appointment today and was able to have same day booking. I needed interior cleaning, and additional hard candle wax and milk spill issue. Joe noticed the spillage stain and wanted to let me know, I appreciate and grateful for Joe as I did not had the spillage in mind and do needed to be cleared. Joe did a very well-thorough of whole interior cleaning, and cleaned the difficult candle wax off of the compartment! He also noticed my low-pressure tire light on and kindly helped me add air to my tires. Joe is attentive, and cares to attention to details. My car is spotless. He also patient and answer my questions. Thank you Joe!
