Absolutely, the BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The service was first-class, with no stones left unturned, from warm towels, to foot massagies, to champagne. Also, the polish for my nails and toenails dried quickly. No waiting for drying after the service was completed!! That was a first for me, too. The salon is beautiful and had relaxing Christmas music playing. The salon’s name is appropriate — Relaxing, in every way! Can’t wait to share this wonderful fine with friends, as well as returning myself.
I have gone here 3X each time I have spend 170.00,190.00 and 160.00. Evey time I have gone I always have to go back to have fixed, re-polished, or something! For sooooo much money and going faith every two weeks no more than : weeks. I just went last Wednesday, November 26, 2025, I had to go back on Friday. November 28 and this is how they look. Yesterday all the polish peeled off but I speared them and didn’t take any pics. I called that was told I was rude when I wasn’t. I explained paying so much I just want them nice pretty and don’t correctly. I have been doing nails for over 35 years when nails were not even a thing. No disrespect just to show you I’m a mature woman don’t want problems just want them done correctly. I sat and watched how they treat certain people. I’m new to your city I don’t mean any disrespect but the white lady and her family they took their time, talked with them, treated them as if they were important, like I’m not. My money spend just like their money. I don’t feel as if my work on my nails is 160.00 this trip, my toes are ok but not worth 160.00 and the way I’m treated I don’t appreciate! Now when them comment I’m sure they will say my polish chipped due to requesting three coats, but I’ve always gotten three coats and it didnt chip. I will not locate some other place because I just left yesterday and look at my nails. No disrespect. People should be treated and taken care the same made to feel welcome and respected the same.

DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME! I have been getting dip powder done since I was 15 and I’m 22- and not once in my life have my nails lifted and popped off so quickly. The nails started popping off and lifting on day 3 and continued to pop off throughout the week. I came into the salon with the nails when I had free time away from work and responsibilities and the manager told me she couldn’t glue them back on or do anything about it. I spent 100$ and the worker took TWO AND A HALF HOURS to do this horrible job. This is dip powder and the nails should not be popping off day 3!!!! It was cinematic because when I walked out of the salon another nail popped off on the door on the way out and the manager saw- hilarious but not really because I’m out 100$ and I was scammed into thinking I was getting a proper service when in reality I was getting a horrible nail job that didn’t even last a week.
Always love getting my nails and toes done by Vickie and Emily. They both do a phenomenal job. I’ve tried countless salons in Memphis and nearly gave up hope until I found Relax Nails. Vickie does simple or impressive nail art. She can bring to life any idea I give her. She also manages to make my dry and picked over cuticles look healthier. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
