Overall experience was excellent. Ben and Shelbie did an excellent job on. Our natural nails. Shelbie was very patient with my daughter and did an amazing job with her small nail bed.
This was my first time visiting nail salon. I was impressed on how clean and nice the place is but I haven’t been gone a hour and one my nails is already chipped, I simply was got in my and while driving home I noticed it. Mind I got a pedicure too. So for the price I paid you think that I would at least get a full two weeks wear out this service experience. The lady was nice but I don’t think she really understood anything I said. I’m not saying it’s a bad place but my experience was definitely not the best I’m beyond frustrated about it. I have no desire to return to establishment. Honestly I don’t think if I called they would even care to fix it. Get anyone other than the white with the light spots in her face to do your nails. Also I know almost every service provides is over priced I got filled in and one tip because I broke my real nail. And was charged well over 120 which is insane to me. And to get home even a hour later one of the nails chipped, I’m beyond upset and frustrated. Please get your prices up front because I expect to pay around 110 or 115 at the most but for almost 150 is insane to me. Very disappointed and I wasted my money.
Great little nail salon. The staff were very friendly. They did a great job with my daughter. I got a pedicure and she got a manicure, they did a great job and it was very relaxing.
This is the best nail spa in midtown. They are polite, professional, and efficient without sacrificing quality. From the front desk women to the nail technicians, the customer service was unmatched. I came in without an appointment at the end of the day. It was my first visit to Relax after being recommended by a best friend. I usually do not get nail designs, but I opted for one this time. Their work looks better than the photo I used for inspiration! So grateful to have a place close to home with talent and great customer service!
