I'm someone who likes to price shop and do my research. I talked to so, so, so many brokers while trying to refinance my investment property. Scott Wise got me the best rate relative to closing costs because he takes low broker compensation - I assume his business model is low fees/high volume. He's also super professional and very responsive. I didn't go through with the loan because my break even would have been about 2 years out, but I can confidently say he has to have some of the best rates in California and I'll reach out to him first if I ever need to purchase a property or want to go through with a refinance.
