Steven and Jason F did a great job clearing a clog in my kitchen drain. They cleaned up after themselves and also scoped the line with a camera to show that it was clear. Transparent, efficient and polite. 5 star service

Alexander Matej did a great job! I highly recommend him. He was careful, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. He made sure to follow through with my requests. At first, he inspected the issue and quoted $650, which was too expensive for me. All I needed was for the toilet to be shut off. He explained clearly that trying to shut it off could cause damage and that he wouldn’t be responsible if that happened. I truly appreciated that he warned me ahead of time and was honest. I’m very grateful for his professionalism. I didn’t pay a single penny! Thank you!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE job. I am still in an ongoing dispute with Reliant over a disastrous repiping project that has cost me over $32,000 to try and fix the damages they caused. I hired them on March 29th, and now, nearly five months later in August, I am still dealing with the damage and financial loss caused by their negligence. The contract included repiping the entire house, relocating the water heater to the garage, and removing the old units. I refused to sign off on the job until we could inspect their work, yet Reliant charged the remaining $16,000 without my authorization. Once we checked, the problems were overwhelming: -Pipes were left exposed outside of a wall. -Pipes in the front yard were left uncovered, with piles of dirt abandoned in our yard. -A pipe began leaking within two days, soaking an entire wall. -The entire sprinkler system is messed up. After paying to repair drywall and tile, we discovered the bathtub didn’t work because Reliant never turned the water back on. We contacted them repeatedly. They dodged calls or said someone would call us back, but not one did. They missed multiple appointments and did not return to our house for two weeks, forcing us to live with ongoing damage. When they finally came back, they tore into the newly repaired drywall and tile again. After repeated failures, we sent a formal demand letter for damages. Their manager, Mark, agreed the work was unacceptable, said the workers should be fired, and promised a $6,000 refund for damages and the incomplete water heater relocation. He postponed multiple times, claiming banking delays, but no refund has ever been issued. This company’s conduct has been deceptive, unprofessional, and financially devastating. What should have been a routine repiping project turned into months of damage, stress, and financial loss. Reliant Plumbing cannot be trusted. They take your money, leave work unfinished, and refuse to honor agreements. I strongly urge you to avoid this company entirely.
