I would not recommend Reliant to anyone. They are terrible about follow up, and the plumbing manager (Alan) assigned to our job was unresponsive and not helpful until we got his supervisor involved. We had to request the plumbing crew come back out to fix the leak which they did not fix correctly - this foundational leak was the reason we contracted with them. This past week, I have called their office more than thirty times requesting an invoice be updated to reflect the days the work was done - and they have still not made the fix. This is something that should take them five minutes, but nothing has been done. There are many other plumber options out there, I highly recommend you seek an alternative to Reliant. I very much regret using them.

Before calling these people read my review, and then keep on reading because my experience is not unique. These people are crooks. We called them because a bathtub on our second floor was leaking and coming through a light fixture in ceiling below. It was a weekend and our usual plumbers were not available. Not knowing exactly what the problem was we wanted to get someone out that day. They came and cut a giant hole in our ceiling and told us we needed repairs to copper piping. They also tried to sell us a water heater at a discount if we decided right then to do it and assured us it would fail any day. We declined the water heater but felt stuck with them because we paid $150 just for them to come out, so we didn't listen to the icky feeling the slimy salesman was giving us. He quoted $1600 to make progressive cuts into the drywall and make copper pipe repairs as needed, and said he'd need an $800 deposit. We paid the deposit and he left. Two other guys came shortly after, looked into the hole in the ceiling and asked if there was a tub just above. They went and looked at the tub and discovered that the only problem was missing sealant on a joint in the drain. They fixed it in 5 minutes. When asked about whether there would be a price adjustment because this was a very different job than was quoted to us they said someone would call us the following day to discuss. No one called. On Monday my husband received an invoice/agreement for $1135, and they charged our credit card for the difference without our permission. We did not give them permission to hold our credit card number, but on the "agreement" they emailed they had forged my husband's signature, and that agreement with the forged signature gave them permission. I called no less than 10 times and no one was ever available to talk to me and they would not return my calls. I started an email chain for a paper trail, filed a police report for the forged signatures and protested the charges with my credit card company. I also consulted an attorney because it was free through my legal plan at work. So far my credit card company has given my money back, and if Reliant somehow gets them to reverse that I have the attorney on standby to help. These people are infuriating. I cannot stress enough that you would be better off dealing with whatever plumbing issue you have yourself rather than calling them.

We had the need to do a whole house repiping and received multiple quotes. Alex from Reliant was here and walked the house and listened to all our requirements carefully. We wanted to switch from electric tank to gas tankless waterheater and get whole house water filter with hot back wash installed. We decided to go with Reliant due to the very professional advice and appearance. And we were not disappointed! Once the installation crew hit the ground lead by Roman everything unfolded nicely! It turned out our house was very solid built with lots of unforeseeable challenges in the walls but Roman mastered them swiftly and with great care. Also shout out to Patrick, Victor, David, Brant and Julian as supporting crew members keeping the site as clean as possible. VERY glad we decided to go with Reliant as everything turned out very nice! We have now a flight control system in the attic where I can mangage separate sections in the house which comes handy with the freeze coming in from time to time. Thanks Roman for all the brain work you put in!!!!!!

Alex Matej was terrific. He arrived on time, clearly explained everything he was going to do. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will request Alex for future plumbing needs. My dogs loved him and he's one of the few techs they'll let into the house.
