THE BEST pizza! The sauce, the crust, the flavor - what more can I say? It's my favorite spot in all of NJ! Whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to grab a slice. It's also a really nice place to sit down and eat in a casual setting. I recommend the Margherita!
Lots of variety of authentic Italian food. Amazing pizza sauce (not too much acidity) and a very good vodka sauce. Nice selections of wine and brews. Def can hold a nice amount of people. They also have a party/banquet hall in the back and another part of their restaurant. If you like garlic be prepared to have it welcome your senses as you walk in. Check out the desserts too. Key lime pie and the toasted almond cake highly recommended. Specials daily.
Best pizza in Jersey, yup I've said it. Order the whole pie, fresh and you'll thank me. They consistently give it amazing pies at an affordable rate. What more can you ask. The Margherita Pie, (well done) is out of this world. Maybe the top 5 pies in Tri-state Area....
Renato's has been here as long as I remember and their pizzas have always taste great, plain, Pepperoni, Grandma, it doesn't matter the taste is great. Price and service are good, staff is friendly and attentive. Third pizza is still as delicious as I remember, their Margarita is to die for. Their salads and sandwiches are great, the ceaser, house and the Tuscan. The grilled chicken sandwich is huge. Their Margarita pizza is to die for. The have wheelchair entrance, bathroom and seating. Their Chicken Murphy is absolutely delicious. They recently renovated the palace and it looks great, they added more seating area with new tables and chairs, it's much bigger now.
The food was excellent here. I have to come more often. They give you a good size slice here. I had the margarita and white cheese pizza. Really good! I also had these sliders which were garlic knots cut in half with ham and cheese in them. Those were really good and then finally this meat pie that was excellent. The area was clean and you get free refills. The atmosphere definitely has a really nice vibe. When you come in you ever had two statues standing by the doorway that really added to the vibe. I have to return I hope they also deliver to Union City.
