Both Hadi and Nadir were exceptionally respectful, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what style and fit I wanted, offering honest opinions and thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. I’m very particular about tailoring as I have an athletic build, and Hadi was incredibly meticulous. I’ve never been pinned so precisely before. He took his time with every detail, ensuring everything sat perfectly and nothing felt rushed. The garments were ready exactly when promised, and Hadi made sure I tried on every single piece to ensure I was completely satisfied. The craftsmanship and service were truly outstanding. 10 out of 10 experience. Rex Alterations will now be my go-to tailor.

I went in to shorten my knit dress 3 hours before they were about to close. They told me I can come back anytime tomorrow to pick it up and it will be ready since they will work on it overnight. The price was $35 for blind hemming and I’m so satisfied with the result. As you can see from the photo it was neatly done.
