Tracey Kardash made our home-buying experience a complete walk in the park. She balances authentic care and warmth with her extreme sharpness and professionalism (she knows so much!), and will always look for the best options for the buyer. When we first took a look at the property, Tracey was literally on her hands and knees to check out the foundation work, and she'd climb up to check out areas of the house we couldn't see easily from the ground. She met us four separate times to see the property—the initial visit, an open house where she got to know the selling agent and showed around some of our family members, a nighttime visit, and another during escrow to help me surprise my mom with the house. Those first three visits occurred on three consecutive days, and she never once showed a hint of stress or exasperation; she truly wanted us to be as well-informed as possible. Tracey was open about her commission, and we were happy with how all the money was handled. Tracey would share her own home-buying stories, and we really connected on a personal level. She addressed all of our many many many questions, and was a constant bundle of joy.
Julie and her team were amazing to us and helped us for the best home. She is the most patient agent we have worked with. We spent about 6 months looking to purchase the right home, and she stuck with us 100% of the time (even when we went on vacation for a few weeks)! She does not apply any pressure to the buyers. She is very knowledgeable and forthcoming about all the details of the home buying process. For us, we were deciding between two different homes, and we ultimately chose the less expensive one. Julie was always supportive of our decision and fought very hard for us. We truly believed that she hard our best interest at heart and recommend her without any reservation!
