I'm so glad I found these guys! Not only were all of them friendly, but they took the time to explain what they found and had very reasonable pricing. Thank you Brian for restoring my headlights too! Will definitely be back.
I ran into some trouble and had an Emergency in the middle of the night (Pouring rain, on a Sunday), the only other drivers that I could actually get on the phone for a tow, (Who are supposed to be 24 hours and get Emergency rates for the middle of the night), either didn’t wanna get up and work or didn’t wanna make the drive to help me out. Brian was awesome! I explained the situation and he said “Give me an hour to get up and go get the truck and I’ll be there”- he was there in 45. The fix I needed was a lot simpler than I thought- When I asked him how much he told me “ Whatever you think is fair”. I’m in the service industry and people forget that Towing is a service as well. In a city where not many people need help extricating their vehicles from snowbanks, most people know tow drivers either for car repossessions or for acting as the cold hand that slaps you in the face then asks for money to help you realize you parked in a reserved spot (that no one ever parks in and had no signage). Some of these guys suffer from reputations similar to Sharks circling your favorite venue waiting to ruin your night. Brian Is an anomaly. Based on my personal experience, I have no doubt his business will succeed. I kept his number and recommend him to everyone I know. He is a gem as valuable as a good mechanic that you can trust. We need to reward people like him, not only with our business, but with our thanks. Helping restore, faith in humanity was the other half of the service that I appreciate almost as much. He didn’t have to get out of bed. He didn’t have to drive to the shop. He didn’t have to pick up his truck and he didn’t have to get soaking wet helping me out. Once he did, he could’ve charged me whatever he wanted, and he didn’t. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, But it’s the least I could do and hopefully it reflects my appreciation. Thanks again Brian.
Every time I ve an excellent experience with Richmond Auto Repair & Towing! Mr. Aman and the team members are so professional, friendly, and quick to respond. They diagnosed the issue accurately and fixed my car faster than expected, all at a fair price. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and top quality auto repair!
Brian at the shop was so nice and explained every step to me! I needed a tow and ended up getting a tire replaced here as well. They’re great at communication, very kind, and quick! I work nights and they were accommodating of my schedule. Appreciated the hospitality and will go back in the future!
I cannot say enough about these guys. Had flickering lights on my jeep. They literally went through everything to get it working. Even tried parts that didn't resolve the issue. Ended up being a screw nut that corroded the battery terminal. This had my voltage jumping from 12-14 volts. I got video, pictures and was kept constantly updated. Can’t say enough. This is my absolute got to shop!!! HONEST SHOP.
