I just moved to the area you could see my out of state plates and the rep Duvie here made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Wash is decent but the coolest part is the carpet wash and dry within minutes. Clean outside and always organized when I’ve been there! I highly recommend bc also the vacuums are good and always working.
I’ve been using this location for a while and I’m happy with the services I’ve received. Monthly membership is reasonable and the location is clean and safe. I also love the staff here, they always have great attitudes and smiling faces, makes customers feel welcomed. There are some days when the car wash is very busy, they manage it well and get the job done as quickly as possible. Only suggestion I have is to please fix the pothole forming at the exit of the wash before it starts getting worse. Other than that, 5/5 stars.
Never Again! I went today around 11 am to redeem a free car wash via receipt (BOGO from the last time I went) I waited for an attendant to come (there’s usually a person standing there to ask what car wash your getting) and assist me . The young light skinned guy came out the office and when I rolled my window down to show him the receipt for a free wash it went done hill from there. The first thing he said was “do you know how to scan your groceries at the store” (basically insinuating I was supposed to scan the receipt myself) I was immediately taken back. He was very passive aggressive for no reason. I asked why are you talking to me like that clearly I didn’t know how to redeem the receipt. Like I stated before there’s always someone standing there helping customers giving them rags to dry their cars, air fresheners and etc. Again very passive aggressive he stated “morning but do you know how to scan groceries at the store” I just left and won’t be going back. The negative energy wasn’t needed but I went to Pelican Pointe had a great experience! Hire people that ACTUALLY want to help people and have good attitudes. Everyone has bad days but that will translate to y'all losing business when employees can’t adjust their attitudes at work!
I currently waiting over 20 minutes and counting behind a Jaguar because I was trapped and couldn’t slide over to the next lane… Signing a car up for a membership should not take so long and training needs to be done.. A standard operating procedure needs to be put in place where the lane is blocked off and or other measures taken so that the entry is not blocked.. Pulling the car thru and parked on the side while the sign up is taking place is another idea.. This is flat out ridiculous.. The Jaguar license plate is 954-DBY and the black female servicing her needs training..
It cleaned the outsode of the truck but did not clean in the fender wells. It's still like it was before I went through the carwash. And I paid for the $20 which was the best wash. For $20 should do a better job
