Brad and the whole crew there are top notch. They are friendly are welcoming and don't make you feel like you are a bother. I literally drive farther and avoid closer bike shops just because I love this one so much. 10/10 would recommend.
I was told they had a part in stock. I drove all the way over and they didn’t. I was then told that my bike needed a bunch of other things down to it as well. It is perfect except for the one part I need.
I’ve been wanting to get my husband a mountain bike for years. He was finally down to bite the bullet this year and we were ready to take something home today. I called ahead to a couple shops to make sure they had mountain e-bikes for him to try. Each shop we went to was a little better than the last, but it wasn’t until we hit our 4th shop that we felt like we hit the jackpot. From the time I talked to Brad on the phone, until we showed up and had him and Dominic walk us through the bikes and accessories we would need, we knew we were about to make a really good decision. They never made us feel dumb or like total noobs (though we were). They joked around with us while keeping it professional and gave us some awesome tips about using an e-bike on the trail that no one else shared with us. I can’t say enough good things about this shop except OMG what a deal! Take this from someone who has actually experienced other shops in the same day: THIS is where you want to get your next bike.
These guys are fantastic, they know their stuff. Brought my bike in that was all messed up from a tune-up at a different business. It runs so good now.
These guys are absolutely top notch! So many good things to say about Brad and Dave at this location. Super friendly, super knowledge and so willing to help. I was prepared to buy a new bike frame and they were able to see that I only needed a new seat post to help with the fit/comfort, saving me hundreds of dollars. I am also in the market for a gravel bike and they have been so patient in helping me find the right one for my needs…still debating though. :) Good customer service like this is hard to find and I’ll definitely be buying from these guys again.
