My dog has been a patient since 2024 and the care is always exceptional! From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians, everyone is absolutely great. My dog is currently seeing Dr. Miller and she has been a wonderful resource in his care. She first found his cancer and made sure to help us quickly get in contact with a great oncologist. She is always very responsive and gives great clinical evidence for everything she is recommending. I would recommend this practice to any pet lover! Thank you Dr. Miller for Bourbon’s great care!!

They are all amazing. We have had some bad experiences with several vets and have been shopping around for a new vet for a while. We found River city and I love them won’t switch again. And they are not super crazy expensive either like many others. I would recommend them to anybody. We’ve taken both cats and dogs to them.

My cat Miki had his dental surgery a week ago here! I was extremely impressed with the communication and attention to all details to ensure my kitty’s safety. They also were great at keeping my anxiety at bay. He did phenomenal and hasn’t skipped a beat since. I will definitely bring my pets here if I ever need great quality, safe, and truly caring vets and techs with top skills and attention to detail!! Thank you for making this a seamless experience!! Thank you River City Vet Hospital! We moved to Virginia temporarily with our two dogs Baxter and Luna and we found your Hospital and Staff by chance on a quick google search. For the last two years you have taken such good care of our Doggies. Everything from shots, to infections and limps. You’ve always been so amazing, caring and patient. We’ve since moved to another state and right down to sending the records and a sweet goodbye you’ve just always been incredible. Baxter and Luna are sending lots of love and gratitude from Fort Myers Beach Florida.

Best vet center in the city/ on earth. Dr Justin is brilliant and extremely knowledgeable, he also genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for my dog. I also cannot rave enough about the vet techs and front desk staff. Front desk staff - the kindest souls with the greatest customer service you’ll ever receive. They answer all calls and emails quickly. I ask alot of questions as a first time dog mom with a dog that has had a lot of issues- they are always there to answer all 4738883 questions and help guide me without hesitation. The vet techs are the best - extremely skilled and intelligent (also as kind as can be) , we see them often and I always know he’s in the best hands! Feels like family here. Love river city deep!
