I walked into R&R Tires had a few issues and Jay and Mr. Charles they did a terrific and wonderful job and went above and beyond their job. I just think I had a nail in my tire, but if you ever have a problem, don’t forget Jay and Mr. Charles at R&R Tires.

They had really amazing service. It started all the way from the phone call to get a quote to them actually giving the keys back to me. I really enjoyed talking to Rosita. She understood my situation and was very helpful. She got me into something I needed! I would recommend them to anyone!
If I can rate zero star I would…this place will lie to get you in doesn’t even tell you truth in financing at all. They don’t list price of tires in line item so you can’t see how a 187 tire gets financed at 200$ month! If your broke go to Texas tire atleast they are honest! And Ryan will lie to you to get you to bring it in and waste your time while you wait for alignments his excuse is WE HAVE STUFF TO DO?! The got 6 ppl in the back doing financing and won’t even show you the terms…they should be held to the same truth in lending laws as anyone else but bc they use the word rent they aren’t! You were warned I’m hooked fo 18 month at 230 month after taxes for 20” nexen atx listed for 187 online 36000 fo 800$ tires! But I’m broke so I had no choice please don’t be me! Please go to Texas tire
By far the best tire shop around Lubbock! Jonah helped me get the best tires for my BMW for such a good price and also had me in and out of there in a timely manner. Their customer service is top tier!! Would 10/10 recommend this place every time.
