THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife made a reservation in November 2025 and an employee (female) told my wife that our cats were "good to go" and did not need vaccines for their stay in January. We just called to confirm the reservation for next week and Alex told us that our cats do need vaccines - if not, they cannot stay. We spent thousands of dollars for this vacation next week and now because of Rob Cary's irresponsibility - we need to take our cats to get vaccines in so short time. We have called many places to get vaccines and no one has an appointment available until next week (we leave next Monday). Now we have to cancel our trip because of Rob Cary! DON'T take your pets to this place. THEY ARE LIARS AND UNPROFFESIONAL! YOU LOST A RECURRING CLIENT AND MANY OTHERS!!!
Im going to puppy training classes. Our instructor is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My cute puppy is going to be a very large dog and I'm needing all the help I can get.
For 2 grand you'd expect better service, if I could get a refund I would. My dogs would have been better off staying at the pound. The employees are rude, and all of our dogs were returned covered in pee. Our littlest one, Frita, needed a bath right away; her fur was crusty from the amount of pee and the smell awful. We payed for the dogs to stay in the luxury suite but I doubt they stayed in one or even had the cage cleaned. They all lost several pounds and Frita's brand new pill bottle was returned completely empty; which tells me the report cards are generic. Otherwise they would have told us they weren't eating or that baths were needed. Honestly, it should have been a sign that this place had availability last minute. Take your pets elsewhere for not only better service but cheaper because even petsmart doesn't charge these ridiculous prices for inhumane services.
We've taken an obedience class the last few months and my dog Banana and I both love it. Keith is our instructor and he's been great, it shows with the way he teaches that he wants our dogs to have fun while learning. I highly recommend the training classes.
Maya had wonderful experience with Rob Cary Pet Resort! The facility is great, clean, and very welcoming. They took excellent care of my little Maya and gave her such a sweet “good girl” grooming, she came out looking adorable and feeling happy. The staff is gentle, patient, and truly loves what they do. I felt confident leaving Maya in their hands, and she looked amazing afterward. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for grooming and a place that genuinely cares for your pets! 🐾💕
