I took our car to Rocket Wash for the first time yesterday. It did a good job getting the standard dirt and debris off, and did a very good job cleaning the windows. However, it's apparent there is no real pressure in the water being sprayed onto the car. When I got home, I saw that all the "sticky blobs" from a tree we park under weren't washed off (see pic). I had to get these off with my thumbnail and wet rag, and there were at least a dozen like this that didn't come off. For $25, I expected a much more powerful spray. So, if you have anything like this on your car, don't expect it to come off at this car wash (and don't waste your money). However, if all you have is your typical dirt, you'll be fine.
I am highly impressed with Rocket Wash Express. The vacuums worked very well, and the available window/interior cleaner and scent spray, along with microfiber cloths near the vacuums, helped make my car look brand new! I will be returning the next time my car needs some TLC.
It’s a drive through wash. I’ve been to some amazing ones and some horrible ones. This one is pretty good. It looks newer. The guy who rang up my service and swiped my card was nice. The wash does a pretty decent job. I wish someone did inside your car!!! Windows and floors would be nice. Over all, it isn’t too bad.
Friendly staffs and will definitely assist you choosing the right wash for your car, they got all you need, from microfiber cloth, to giving scent to your car even free vacuum. Will do membership next time.
We had a great experience at this car wash yesterday. The two employees working on June 11th in the morning were so helpful and nice! Our car was caked in dirt after being parked underneath a tree while we were out of town, and they helped us extensively power wash the car and make sure it was clean before driving off. We also stopped to use the vacuums afterward and they were easy to use. Definitely our new favorite car wash!
