They give NO SAMPLES. Very very terrible. Don’t go here. Samples are for the customer. This place is anti-consumer. High prices too. There is another ice cream place a few places down. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Again, don’t go here.

I mean the treats and apples look beautiful and delicious, and are. But the restroom come on, needs a renovation and a deep clean. It’s disgusting and those thoughts transfer to the workers and food, how can the employees use those and then go and make the treats, nasty…. Just hope us customers don’t get sick… please fix the cleanliness of the restroom. The two lady employees were very kind though. So nice.

I had the most amazing experience at the store with Rosa and Julio! They went out of their way to make sure that the products in the store met my dietary needs and were so kind! Highly recommend coming here while you’re on the Riverwalk!

Their caramel/candied apples are the absolute best! It’s a treat I look forward to whenever I’m downtown San Antonio. Special shoutout to the closing employees, who put up with me 3 mins before 11pm. They were so friendly and patient, even after a long day at work. That apple purchase made my whole night!

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory never disappoints! Their chocolates are rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. The variety of treats is impressive, from chocolate-covered strawberries to fudge that melts in your mouth and zero sugar chocolates. Plus, the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re treating yourself or buying a gift, this place is a chocolate lover’s dream. Highly recommend!
