From quote to cleanup, our experience with Rocky Mountain Roll was nothing short of excellent. We had a private casino party in our home through this company and were consistently impressed at the "above and beyond" mentality shown by the staff. Andrea was incredibly prompt in responding any and all email concerns that I had, John and Devin (who also did an awesome job dealing) were right on time for setup and did an excellent job explaining the whole party process, and Caden and James brought a lot of fun as dealers. The casino tables were excellent quality and they had more than enough chips for our party. The staff took care of all the teardown in a timely fashion. We will absolutely be booking through Rocky Mountain Roll for all future private parties!

Rocky Mountain Roll is the best! We have used them for a work event, our wedding and our Christmas party. Every single time we have been so happy with the rental process, the hands on staff, and the rentals themselves. From start to finish every employee is so kind and helpful. At our most recent event, we chose the pickup option for an inflatable and when we called with some questions on set up, someone offered to come to us to solve the problem. It was perfect! Not to mention all of the help we have received from Andrea for all 3 events. We so look forward to continuing to use Rocky Mountain for all of our events and parties. :)

We had such a great experience with them. This rental was for a preschool performance. The communication around drop off and pick up times was extremely helpful. They were on time both appts and so organized and fast setting up and tearing down. Prices were fair and the invoice was clear and detailed so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We are looking forward to continuing to use Rock Mountain Roll for all our future rental needs.

Rocky Mountain Roll was great from start to finish. They are fairly priced and organized. They sent a quote right after I got off the phone with them and sent instructions a few days before the event. They arrived in a timely manner for drop-off and pickup. The only negative was that the paperwork said they would set up the tables and chairs, and when the employees arrived for drop-off I was told we had to set it up ourselves - not great to hear three hours before the wedding! Overall they did great, and I'd recommend people rent from them.

We have worked with the Rocky Mountain Roll team for years. They are fantastic! Most recently they provided folding chairs for a last minute event. The experience was seamless and easy. I love that I can request booking on their website and have prompt communication from the booking team from there. Contract signing and payment handled online also a plus. Delivery team was on time, respectful, and did a great job!
