I don't often post reviews, but after receiving outstanding service from Romita Auto service I decided to share my experience. I have a 2007 Nissan Altima hybrid, and was experiencing excessive engine vibration during deceleration and braking. Since the hybrid system is very complex, it takes a specialized repair facility to service it correctly. I called Romita Auto service and spoke with their team specialist Jackie. Jackie was very professional, and courteous over the phone. She scheduled a convenient time for me to bring my Altima to Romita's, and it was diagnosed and repaired. I even received a 10% discount on the repair bill since I was a AAA member. I am extremely satisfied with the repair of my Altima, as well as the professionalism of Jackie and her team. I highly recommend Romita's Auto service to anyone meeting maintenance or automotive repair.
Christian and Abby, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your top-notch customer service. You both managed to explain all the car details so clearly that I actually felt like I knew what was going on-truly a rare feat in the world of auto repairs! I'm really happy with the service. And although I didn't get to meet the technician personally, l'a like to send a big thank-you their way as well. You all made this a great experience.
Great experience ! not only staff are friendly, but also they worked the price with me. I’ve got the best work done in my car in years. Definitely the best alignment I ever got. They don’t push you to get extra work on the car, they are fair! Try to get your car there while they have promotions going
Very kind ladies in the shop who were transparent and respectful. They were honest about how long the work being done to my car was going to take. Another thing I appreciate is after I missed a scheduled appt they didn’t hesitate to schedule me back as soon as possible. They worked with my availability and communicated EVERYTHING regarding my vehicle in a timely manner. As soon as my car was we ready they let me know and I was back on the road the same day. They did an amazing job from scheduling to servicing my car and as a single working mom that means a lot because my car now runs amazing and I felt valued as a customer and not looked at as a dollar amount. I had a check engine light come on in my Audi SQ5 and noticed it wasn’t building any boost. I took it in and they quickly diagnosed the issue turned out to be a ruptured intercooler pipe seal. They got it repaired fast and at a fair price. Super happy with the service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back with any other vehicle I own.
