Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided. While the roof leak repair appears to have been addressed, several agreed-upon tasks were not completed, including reattaching fallen downpipes and cleaning the gutters. The quality of workmanship was concerning. Pipes are temporarily joined with duct tape rather than properly secured, and the exterior walls of my home were left filthy and now need repainting. For a job that cost $3,000 and took less than half a day to complete, I expected a higher standard of work and completion of all contracted tasks. I have since had to engage another contractor to complete the outstanding work and rectify exterior paintwork. I would have appreciated either the full scope of work being completed as agreed, or advance communication if there were reasons certain tasks could not be undertaken. To me, it feels like the job had been rushed, rather than taking the time and expected detail required.

The whole process was smooth — they were responsive, organised, and offered the best value on the market. They replaced a section of our metal roof that had started leaking after recent heavy rain, and delivered exactly what they promised, right on time. The two roofers on the job (both named Bernardo!) were fantastic — they worked efficiently, left the place spotless, and finished on schedule. I’m really happy with the overall experience and would definitely use them again if needed (though hopefully not too soon!).
