From the moment we called Rooms To Go, Michelle was absolutely incredible. She immediately let us know that what we were looking for was in stock and even stayed past her scheduled 6 PM shift just to make sure she could help us in person. From there, the entire purchasing process was a breeze. Michelle is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. She took the time to help us figure out whether everything would fit our design and layout, and she worked with us for well over an hour and a half from start to finish without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, she stayed even later so we could pick everything up the same day, patiently allowing us time to go grab a U-Haul. Her service was absolutely outstanding. She knows the Rooms To Go inventory inside and out, and instead of feeling “sold to,” we felt truly informed and supported. She is incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, and her kind smile makes it clear that she genuinely cares about people, not just making a commission. My husband and I will 100% be back, and we’ll only shop with Michelle. If you’re visiting this location, I cannot recommend her enough, or her leadership team. And if this woman hasn’t been given a raise yet, she absolutely deserves a BIG one! Thanks again Michelle we LOVE our new sectional set!
Michelle been amazing in finding us a perfect couch within minutes. She helped us understand the customizations and pricing. She has been thorough and made sure our furniture gets delivered the next day. Great place. Kind and professional!
If I could give 0 star, I would. Very bad service. I bought a floor model bed set. They said they would disassemble and had the set ready to pick up. Scheduled to pick up at 10:00 and I was at the store at 10:30 but the set was not disassemble and was not ready. There was only one house man at the store. I had to pay extra money for my delivery guys to do extra work. No one is at the store offer to help Eve though it was their fault. This is ridiculous. Don’t ever buy floor model or buy anything at this store.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.
