Ror, we feel so lucky that you were the one who catered our wedding weekend. You were perfect from start to finish. From the very first conversation, you were a joy to work with. You were thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely excited about the adventure we were planning. We knew right away that you were exactly the kind of person we wanted to have as part of our wedding. You balanced realism with complete commitment to adventure, always guiding us toward the most exciting options while keeping everything grounded and manageable. You handled every challenge with such grace that we always felt completely at ease. Your calm, capable presence made an utterly wack weekend feel like the best idea we’d ever had. Your menus sounded incredible from the beginning, and we ended up taking all your recommendations without hesitation. Every guest we spoke to commented on how delicious the food was. The tasting was such a fun and memorable part of the lead-up. Your style of cooking is something truly special. It brings the warmth and cosiness of a barbecue with the flair of a live performance, and somehow manages to feel both effortless and mind-blowingly good. You use local produce wherever possible, and it shows in every bite. There were plenty of caterers who politely backed away when they heard the wedding was only accessible by boat. But not you. You and your team didn’t just roll with it, you thrived. You are the kindest, hardest working, and funnest group of people, and by the end of the weekend, it felt like we were celebrating with friends. Wow, simply wow. Ror, you and your team are just the best in the business. You stood out to us from the very first email reply, through a sea of bland auto replies and soul-less responses from every other caterer we sent messages to for our wedding, you sent me back the most thoughtful, excited and genuine response that had us know from the start that you are who we wanted on our team. For us, this whole thing is two fold in the sense that your food is utterly stunning, unique and a true work of art. But also you and your team were just the most wonderful, freindly and welcoming bunch that we could ever have wished for on our wedding day. Through all of the weather curveballs that were thrown your way, you made it work and you took on all of the stress and care and you made damn sure that we were able to relax and enjoy our day. Your food fit our spot at Gairnshiel Lodge in the Cairngorms so beautifully, and we are eternally grateful. Every step of the way we feel that we have struck gold with you, and for anyone wondering who they should have for the most unique, magical and genuinely delicous experience for their day, I implore you to give these guys a call. Rors Kitchen were the caterers for our Day 2 party of our wedding. They were absolutely fantastic and we wish we'd asked them to do the catering across all of the weekend. We were able to completely personalise the food and drinks menu, Ror and the team were incredible to work with during the build up and on the day. And the food - blew us, and all of the guests, away. Rors Kitchen may not be one of the largest, most well known catering companies in Scotland but they really did steal the show at our wedding. We had extremely high expectations and they exceeded all of them. Thanks Ror x
Ror und sein Team waren fantastisch bei unserer Hochzeit – von Anfang an waren wir ziemlich spezifisch, was das Essen angeht, wo es herkommen sollte (lokale Lieferanten etc.) und wie es serviert werden sollte. Ror war wirklich flexibel, dies zu berücksichtigen und hatte zudem eigene Ideen. Am Tag selbst (und am Tag davor) hat jeder unglaublich hart und effizient gearbeitet – Cameron war insbesondere fantastisch! Das Essen und der Service waren großartig, und wenn es irgendwelche Pannen gab, haben wir (Braut und Bräutigam) sie nicht bemerkt. Ror hat sich um alles gekümmert, einschließlich dem Aufbau, der Dekoration und danach dem Schneiden unseres Cheesecakes. Wir hatten später stovies, die hervorragend ankamen. Das gesamte Team kam am nächsten Morgen zurück, um beim Aufräumen zu helfen, alles neu anzuordnen und ein Mittagessen für 40 Personen zuzubereiten, was ebenfalls fantastisch war. Es gab viel harte Arbeit vom ganzen Team, aber nichts war zu viel Mühe und alle hatten eine großartige Zeit. Vielen Dank!! Ben und Morv Dobson
Ror war während unserer Hochzeitsplanung sympathisch und flexibel und hat die Aufgabe trotz einiger schwieriger Umstände erledigt. Das Essen war köstlich und sein Team war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben es wirklich genossen, ihn an der Spitze zu haben, und der Catering-Teil der Hochzeit war so stressfrei, wie es nur hätte sein können!
