Daniel Gutierrez did an outstanding job in unclogging our sewer line. He kept at it and did not give up and finally broke through the blockage (over 3 hours). Well done! Of course having 30 years experience as a plumber ( with Roto Rooter ) helps! And we also got a 6 month warranty. Thanks again. Sincerely, chris riley

Really perplexing how they have such a good rating. I had a leak at 3am, scheduled the plumber to arrive promptly at 8. When I asked about pricing, the person on the line said they have no information on pricing— suspicious. They assured me that the $75 site visit fee to assess the plumbing will be deducted from the price. I was expecting maybe $150 to replace a water intake pipe to the dishwasher. The repairman arrived at 11am….. I told him my frustration about the fact that I had to book the services without any knowledge of their pricing. And I expressed my frustration that I scheduled this plumber visit at 6am and it was then 11am by the time he arrived. He even agreed that this policy was not fair and a bit predatory. I paid $500 for this plumber to replace a water intake pipe. He even took his lunch while repairing this. No sense of urgency, and no true service when you book with this company. And the worst part is all the advertising emails you get. It’s all spam and they don’t even offer a good service. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I moved into this home and discovered there was a blockage in my master bedroom restroom. I called Roto-Roter and they had someone at my house within an hour. Mr Daniel G showed up to my house and handled my problem with care and understanding. He took care of my problem and was done by noon. He even worked with me financially because he understood my situation. I appreciate all his hardwork, and how he took the time to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely call him again with future work and recommend this service to family and friends!

Called at 1pm and spoke to a rep then within 20min a supervisor both called and texted me with a few follow up questions and let me know a plumber would be out asap. Was at my house with in a hour. Diagnosed the issue in about 45min. What I thought was a simple “surface problem” turned out to be a major 3 foot plumbing issue. Plumber Johnny took care of my problem SAME DAY! Took the hours to take care of the issue on the spot . Took about 5 hours even through the dark, he took the time to clean everything up properly. In today’s economy what you pay for is what you get, quality service for a quality price. I highly highly recommend this company.

Daniel was fantastic. For $75, he came and looked at the faucet replacement job and explained that it would require a contractor, to be thoroughly done. He then looked at another faucet we considered replacing, and quoted a price for labor that was approximately $500+/hr! Daniel was very friendly and informative and I was happy to have him inspect our job, but couldn't afford to have Roto-rooter do the job. Very frustrated that the labor is so unreasonably high, not to mention the cost of the fixtures with the potential mark ups.
