NOT TO MISS LUMINARIES BIKE TOUR WITH THESE FOLKS!!! I mean we are very old and picky and they go out of their way to make certain everyone is super safe and having fun too!!! Treats and an ornament gift at the end! Bikes decorated! Highlight of our trip and for everyone that lives here too!!! They go thru all the luminaries around Country Club!!! DO NOT take one of those awful bus rides!! All can do this bicycle ride!!! Thank you to Josh, Ezra and fun Heidi!!!! and the BALLOON GLOW TOO!!! Right there!!! Bring some tip money too! They go above and beyond!!! Bikes adjusted for you also!!! Merry Christmas!🎄🙏🏼🤩

I was driving by this place and the tour guide was with some of her customers/tourist. As I drove by, she started yelling at me to slow down. I was not going over the speed limit, and I was aware that there were people in the road, so I slowed down. As a native New Mexican and a business owner in Old Town, I am disgusted with the representation from this employee. Shortly, after this incident, I saw the employee. I told her it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional to scream at me as I was driving by. Her response was more yelling and dismissing her behavior. It's unfortunate that this is a representative of Old Town business and of Albuquerque itself. After sharing this with one of my customers, he knew exactly who I was talking about because he said that as he was riding his bike through Old Town, she was "ruining the peaceful vibe."in the plaza. I will not be referring any of my out of town guests or friends and family that visit to this business.

Haven't been on a bike in decades. Decided to try the ebike before buying one. The bike was very nice and well kept. Customer service before rental and after was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend. Let the property headed towards the Mountain rd trail and had an awesome experience. Thanks!

BEST TOUR EVER! Today I had the wonderful experience of going on the Albuquerque tour along the river trails and Old Town ABQ. Our guide Van is a passionate bicyclist as well as a generational ABQ resident. The tour included amazing snippets of Albuquerque history and culture as well as gorgeous vistas of the Rio Grande, Bosque river trail, rte 66, local art, Old Town, and even scenes from Breaking Bad/ Better call Saul. Something for everyone. Even though I have stayed in Old Town on a couple precious trips I learned a LOT of fascinating history, saw gorgeous works of art I had never seen, including an exquisite capilla. Van was great with questions, safety aware for a small group ride and a wealth of information on all things bike and ABQ! The rental bike was great and perfectly adjusted for my size - what a delight! I am so glad I didn’t miss this unforgettable experience!

We had such a fun time on our bike tour with Routes! They had our families bikes ready to go when we got there (me, my husband, 16 year old daughter, 13 & 9 year old sons). We loved learning about Albuquerque, Old Town and riding along the Rio Ground River! We were able to see some fun locations from the TV show Breaking Bad. (and much was fun and entertaining for me and my husband) The only thing I could complain about is that we did a lot of stopping and talking, which I didn’t mind but my husband and kids were less enthusiastic about large amounts of unnecessary info😂 All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!!
