We want to say a huge thank you to Norm and all the staff at Russell’s. We ordered flowers for a family members funeral; they went above and beyond even so far as delivering to us on a date that normally they are not able to deliver. The flowers were exactly as described and of the highest quality. We would not hesitate to order from them again. They are truly dedicated to their work and are experts in their field!
I had ordered flowers from Russell's Flower Shop in the past, but this time was our first experience ordering them for a funeral. I had explained to Norm how important these flowers were as they were for my Mother-in-Law and that they had to be perfect and make a statement about what an important person she was in our lives. The casket spray from her sons and their wives, and the spray from the grandchildren were truly outstanding and definitely were representative of our love for her. Norm had listened to our suggestions and added his professional touches to ensure that the two floral arrangements complimented each other beautifully. A sincere thank you to Norm and his staff for creating such amazing floral tributes to our Mom and Nonna!
Five stars is not enough for the service I received at Russell's Flower Shop I requested a custom heart-shaped tribute for a memorial service, and the team exceeded every expectation. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and executed it with such precision and care. The arrangement was breathtaking and received so many compliments from our guests. This was my first time ordering from Russell's Flower Shop, and I was not disappointed. Everything went very smoothly, from ordering to delivery. The staff were very friendly and kept in touch throughout the entire process, both before and after delivery, to make sure everything was okay! The order arrived at the time I specified and was beautifully packaged. The flowers were stunning and the packaging was fantastic. It was also a nice touch that the flowers were delivered in a large glass vase with water. The delivery was incredibly accurate. I live outside of Canada and was able to send beautiful flowers to my friend on her birthday. The whole experience was truly wonderful! Thank you very much.
This was the greatest experience I’ve had with a florist. I called 4 minutes before they were closing and was able to order and adjust what I wanted off the beautiful arrangements they had online. Not only did they take my call, they were patient and kind and without rushing me off the phone they were able to deliver the next morning. And since the delivery I’ve had a dozen people send me appreciation of the beauty of the arrangement. I couldn’t express more happiness of my experience. Thank You!!! The picture doesn’t even do its justice. It was remarkable in person.
