I had a poor experience with paying for routine maitenance and a belt repair. After the repair they refused to provide an itemized receipt, and argued that it wasn't required. They also refused to detail what parts they used for replacement/repair of the break pads. They claim prices are higher because of OEM parts, but refuse to confirm the parts they use. Immediately after their service I had to take the car to the dealership to repair parts that were damaged, and to perform services they charged for and didn't perform. Save yourself time and money, not recommended.
I am so grateful to Sacramento Specialty Automotive for their willingness to help me in an emergency situation and get my car serviced so quickly! Being from out of town (3hrs away) - needing to get back home that day - and your car dies...super frustrating and scary! But the staff were so accommodating and had me on the road same day. Thank you for your help! Waiting room was also comfy and had snacks and beverages - very appreciated!
Sacramento Specialty Automotive is the real deal. They’re really amazing. Dropped my car off, Jackie greeted me with a big smile. Took all my information and told me they contact me at 11:00 with a full diagnostics. I dropped the car off at 8:30. Jackie called, provided a full detailed explanation of diagnostic. The technician notes were very detailed. Explaining step by step of what was done. Took pictures and put it in an easy to read, detailed report. The work was completed same day and was able to pick up the car by 2:30 pm. Going forward, this will be where I’m taking my cars for all automotive services and maintenance. Wonderful experience.
Dropped my car off at 8am for a diagnostic test and repair due to check engine light being on. SSA diagnosed the problem, completed the repairs by replacing necessary parts, and had my vehicle ready by 2:30pm that same day. Their loyalty program also reduced my cost by $100+! I highly recommend this business for your auto repair needs.
This place deserves 10 stars. I cannot believe the kindness and hospitality and honesty and professionalism I was extending a helping hand and treated so above and beyond here. I cannot say enough about this business. They are not crooks and they are good people there. As a woman when u don't trust men at auto places not to screw u over it's hard to trust people. They gained my trust 💯 and a loyal customer forever. I would tell anyone to go there who wants the best! My car literally broke down in the parking lot as I prayed to God to help me I landed up in there working lot. God sent me some 😇 angels to help me.
