amazing service, environment, and stylists! a’lijia was incredible and very easy to talk to! she is now essentially the only person i trust to do my hair and is very dependable :) left the salon feeling so much better than when i came in!
I love the way the stylist Alijia Sampson dyed and styled my hair for a family party. She was very professional and I will definetely be scheduling another appointment with her. It's nice when a stlyist accommodates you and go the extra mile to give you exactly what you asked for and in a timely matter. Thanks again Alijia.
I came here to see one of the junior stylists , I shared SEVERAL images of my inspo and described + articulated very well to her what I wanted and the overall look I wanted to achieve. I was extremely disappointed when I did not leave that salon chair with what I had wanted. I’m sure she saw my disappointed reaction at the end when all was done. The only reason I didn’t say anything then was because I’m not a confrontational person and her next client was already there waiting for her turn. When I got home my hair completely fell out of its style (did not hold AT ALL) in fact while I was at the salon you can see my roots were PUFFY /FRIZZY when I looked in the mirror at the end of styling. the CUT was not at all what I had asked for.. I showed my family and they agreed that I did not get what I had asked for … not even close. I was so upset because I reiterated to her that I’ve been to many salons and started to lose trust in hair stylists and she just confirmed this feeling. I went home and tried to save the look and tried blow drying it myself and it confirmed that the style of cut I wanted was not executed properly and she tried to hide it by making curls / waves with the curling iron. It bothered me so much I took matters into my own hands and now I have shoulder length hair because I decided to fix what she had messed up so I did a small chop and now I’m starting to grow my hair over again to one day hopefully get the cut and style I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this place or at least not that stylist she’s got a lot of learning to do.
I absolutely love Delia! Super nice and caring. She will hear you out with what you would like and give you an opinion based on what you’d like too if you ask and can’t decide. She took really good care of me, made sure I left happy with my hair and gave wonderful advice to help with my indecisive hair and why I’m having issues with it. My family comes here specifically for a reason and I got to experience why. I will continue to schedule an appointment when I visit Texas if I need a touch up again and if she can fit me in. :)
Dulce is AMAZING so sweet and very funny! She did great on my hair love her also the owner Delia is very kind and sweet as well
