Teresa was so friendly, made me and my sister feel so welcomed and comfortable at our first time here. It was also really easy to get/make an appointment even if it’s last minute. I am very happy with my hair cut and will be back for sure.
So happy with my results! Came in for a men’s cut and Chloe was able to work with the photos I provided, as well as use her knowledge to make specific alterations that would help flatter my canvas. Also great with service small talk and kept the energy upbeat and fun throughout the entire process. Literally no complaints and I’ll definitely book again.
I had an amazing experience with Randi. She was incredibly meticulous from start to finish. She dyed my hair beautifully and honestly gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for detail-oriented, high-quality work!
Chloe did a phenomenal job on my detox/replenish treatment and haircut, and gave super helpful care advice! My hair feels weightless, softer than ever, and I absolutely adore the cut. She’s very sweet, a great listener, and easy to talk to. This was my first time at Salon W, and it was overall a very lovely experience. I will definitely be booking with Chloe again!
The first two photos are my results, the second two are reference pictures. I asked for layers and chunky blonde/ caramel highlights. My hair previously had blonde highlights and she made my whole head one one tone. I don’t think I asked for anything crazy or hard, my sisters and friends told me I’m chopped. It looks terrible. I chose Salon W because of their 5 star rating and was so disappointed with the overall outcome. The color isn’t what I asked for and the cut is just sadd! Would not recommend :( Ashlyn was my hairdresser
