Zakk (owner) was very helpful and patient as I arrived as a newbie with no knowledge of maintaining a saltwater aquarium. He explained the ins and outs of setting up and caring for not just the fish, but also the various plants and coral. Also made recommendations on specific tanks and hardware. Great people to work with. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive healthy fish & coral. They're storefront is very clean and well kept. You can tell they pay attention to the little things.
Awesome little store and with great prices and friendly workers…I can see the place having great potential in growing with the amazing prices they had.. ton of healthy looking coral, fish and inverts.. Also have Ro and mixed water deff gonna be my place for my needs.
I’ll give it to them that they are trying. They are expanding their fish room now so the inventory is on the smaller side . They have very healthy fish and a clean set up . Now the part that earned them a 2 star review . Their location is terrible , they have no outside signage. They are located inside an office building with zero signage on the inside . Their phone number is a personal phone number and it seems they are very busy and you get put to voicemail if you are an unknown number. The biggest mistake on their part for me is that we came to a deal for them to special order me a stingray , it was a very good deal in my estimation. I asked them for the payment information three times and my text was left on delivered for 18 hours . I prefer to pay upfront and be done with it. I don’t live in Fort Worth but in Midland . I only come back so often . They knew of when I would be back so I wanted everything set up so no bubbles no troubles . Maybe they just didn’t want to do business with me . That’s ok because plenty of others want to do business in this very expensive hobby .
I come here regularly and Zakk and Samantha do an amazing job at taking care of their fish and their customers. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your fish and work things out if things go wrong. I recommend everyone to do their shopping and business with them. They also have really fair prices and great deals on the regular.
