Based on the reviews, I was pretty hesitant to go with this company for a furnace repair when my home warranty company assigned them, but I honestly have nothing bad to say about the experience. I contacted my home warranty company on a Tuesday, was assigned SDAC&H shortly thereafter (operating as MS Services), and a contractor was on his way the next day. Mohammed gave me a heads up when he was 10 minutes out, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and gave me some tips on how to solve any future furnace problems myself the next time they come up. I asked him some follow-up questions about the heating system, and he was helpful in answering those too. All in all a great experience. Hopefully your experience will be similar.
Ameen from Same Day Air Conditioning and Heating is the BOMB!!! Big shout out to this dynamo professional that knows his business. I requested his service for my ancient system. Even though this young Pro clearly knows his business he came to my rescue as he had in the past the “SAME DAY”. When other businesses claimed my system was too old, Ameen was not phased. He hooked me up in less than 20 minutes. When I asked pricing on upgrading my system the prices were sound and reasonable. ROCK ON AMEEN!!! He is totally has it going on!!! I highly recommend Sam Day. Ameen is definitely on my speed dial!!

I had concerns with my HVAC leaking and Saher from Same Day air-conditioning was there for the rescue.I had a really great experience working with Saher from Same Day Air Conditioning. He arrived on the same day I called, which was a huge relief, and was incredibly thorough and professional. Saher inspected my system, provided a clear and honest explanation of the issue, and remediated it. His explanation also helped me take the right steps and not chase the wrong issue. I truly appreciate his integrity and the quality of his work. Based on this excellent interaction, I'm now a long-term customer and will definitely be recommending Same Day Air Conditioning to my friends and family. Thank you Saher.
This company was contacted through my appliance warranty company. I got a call back right away, and a text to confirm the date and time of service. (It was going to be "next day" but I wouldn't be available.) On the day of service I received a call from LaShonda(sp) who was very nice, and explained the service rep would likely be earlier than hoped. (Underpromise/Overdeliver - excellent business practice!) I next received a call from Sheena(sp) telling me the service rep was on a call schedule just prior to mine. Again, she was quite nice and professional. The service rep, Ian arrived timely (4pm) Friday 8/01/2025 and was dressed appropriately and surprisingly clean from working all day in temps of about 114 degrees. Apparently Ian has magical powers, because without even looking at the unit, he turned on the AC and it began working. He couldn't find a problem, but gave me a card and said to call if problem started again. The same problem started about 45 minutes after he left, and I called Same Day air as instructed, and was again treated with kindness and patience and another visit was scheduled. (I don't recall her name) Within an hour of making the call, my AC began working again and worked perfectly the entire weekend. I canceled the appointment via text because I didn't want to waste anyone's time. But, Ian was at my door at about 7:15 Monday morning, wanting to double check things. The AC was working, and I was ready to send him on his way again. However, he did a double check on things and found a possibly-maybe-kind of loose wire at the thermostat. All good so far, though I did ask that when he's in the neighborhood he wave whatever magic want he has in my direction. I'm not a young person. I don't recall doing service with any company in my lifetime in which each and every person I was in contact with was attentive, caring, professional and just plain nice. Terrific service all around!
