Sams Auto Detail made a usually very hard and stressful experience so easy and smooth. I could not recommend these guys enough, they are AMAZING!!!!! After a rainstorm, I had a leak in my car that left moisture and then mold in my seats, a very hard clean up and it felt like a race against time. I got quotes from different places and to start, the transparency of the situation here was so appreciated. They told me what was wrong, what the smell was, how to fix it, and their price. My concerns were understood and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Before, to add, my car was very much due for an interior cleaning as I love using my car to go to the beach and camping, you can imagine it is not the cleanest. I had no idea that when I picked up my car, they completely transformed it. I was in shock and elated. As just the smell was my concern, Sam's went above and beyond to completely transform my car and walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions (completed in pretty much 24 hours to add!) To conclude, I could go on and on all day about how amazing they are and how well my car was cared for, but I truly recommend everyone coming across this review to go in person or even on the phone for a quote. Thank you so so much again Sam's!
I've had my BMW SUV cleaned at Sam's Steam Auto Detail for about a year through their membership - which I highly recommend. The owner and his entire team are not only incredible at what they do, but wonderful people all around! They are put to the test with a vehicle that goes through constant beach/hiking debris and the daily wear and tear of an active husky - but somehow they have it looking brand new inside & out each time. I'm happy to have found them and can't recommend them enough!
Absolutely incredible experience! I took my car to Sam’s to get the interior detailed, but they ended up selling me on the ceramic coating for my car as well, which I really needed. I was given a fair quote and picked up the car after two days. Needless to say i was thoroughly impressed! They managed to clean up all the micro scratches on the cars paint. The car looks better than it did even when i drove it off the dealership lot! these guys really seem care about what they do and take pride in all their work id highly recommend you to use them if you also care a lot about your car.
I had left my car at a parking garage near LAX for 3 and a half months from May to August when I was out of town. As a result of the heat and humidity there was mold all over the steering wheel, front seats, parking brake, center console and the back seats. I called multiple places and none were equipped or had any clue how to deal with the problem. Andrew was amazing. He was responsive and called me immediately. He knew how to properly remove the mold as well as steam clean and use ozone to get rid of the smell. He brought my beloved 2015 VW GTI back to live and the interior honestly never looked better. I also had him do his magic to clean and polish the exterior and steam clean the engine as well. He went above and beyond and his team did a fantastic job. I am extremely grateful to all the hard work his team put into the car and he has a loyal customer. Definitely briinging the car back to Andrew and team there at Sam's Steam in the future.
I had my car detailed at Sam’s Auto Detail and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention they put into their work. It truly felt like they were treating my car as if it were their own. Every inch was spotless, and the results exceeded all my expectations. Now I fully understand why they have a perfect 5 star rating! It's more than well deserved. Their passion and dedication to what they do left a lasting impression on me. I’m still thinking about how great the experience was!
