Really good experience working with Levi and his team at San Diego Computer Help. Honest, hardworking, and helpful people. I fried the motherboard on my laptop when trying to install a new battery; Levi reviewed, gave me a cost estimate to replace the motherboard, and was nice enough to give me the hard drive when I choose to not proceed with the replacement due to cost. Next time I need to install a battery or any other computer tasks, I will be sure to take it to San Diego Computer Help (vs. breaking the computer myself)!

I came in a couple weeks ago to unlock my brother's computer who had passed. Marco helped me out. He had great customer service and went above and beyond to work with me, which I'm extremely grateful for. Marco was also kind enough to call me multiple times to keep me updated on the progress of the laptop. I'm not tech savvy in the slightest, but he was able to explain everything thoroughly enough for me to understand what the problem was. They have a policy where they hold onto your computer for about a week before diagnosing it and giving you a quote, but that wasn't a problem for me. You might also want to make sure your laptop is charged or bring your charger with you to the shop. I would definitely recommend this repair shop for anyone who has issues with their computer.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had here! After a very negative experience at Computer Geek 911, I came to San Diego computer help to help repair 2 older desktops I had that needed to be stripped down and combined into one machine. Andres was incredibly helpful and communicative and by discussing what I wanted up front we were able to put together a plan of action for a fair price. After he promised it would be done within 4 days he called me back less than 24 hours later telling me the job was done! I picked up the new machine which is running great! Computer repair is a customer service business and they showed their true colors by providing an excellent and friendly experience.
