If you are looking for an exceptional, affordable, full-service RV service center, look no further. These guys are AWESOME!!! I've had my camper van for about 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service center. I was totally convinced that there were just no good options in the San Diego area. But then I found San Diego RV Center!!! They are literally everything I was looking for. They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I will happily drive out to their location for the exceptional service, great staff and reasonable pricing.
I recently purchased a consignment Newmar motorhome from SD RV Center. I live in Northern Colorado and had to rely on previous reviews to get comfortable with purchasing an expensive motorhome so far from me. Rob was great to deal with and the communication was terrific. Once I got on site, everything was as represented. Rob spent a lot of time doing a walk through of the coach. He got a couple of techs to help with questions he wasn't sure on. SD RV isn't open on Saturday's but Aaron was willing to meet me there early so I could get an early start back to Colorado. He also answered a couple of other questions I had thought of overnight. Everyone involved was great to work with and I know selling consignments isn't their normal line of business, but I would highly recommend doing business with these folks. If I was in the SD are, I would definitely have them work on my coach. Thanks!
Do not even hesitate to bring your RV or trailer to SD RV center. Everyone from start to finish was amazing! Bill was completely professional and transparent about everything. He went above and beyond, let me tell you. I am a customer for life.
Not sure where to start on how great our service was here! From the very first phone call to picking up our RV on time after a major auto body repair, we never experienced a single moment of bad service. Bill was fantastic—he truly took the time to explain things whenever we had questions. My husband and I never felt rushed, and no question ever felt “stupid.” They handled our insurance company (which can be notoriously difficult) without a single complaint. The quote we received was exactly what we paid, and our RV came out looking brand new. We sincerely appreciate the quality of the work, and while I hope we never need bodywork again, if we do, this will absolutely be our go-to shop!
I own a customized MBZ Sprinter van and have tried several RV Repair/Service business’ in San Diego and I must say that none of them come close to the excellence and “can do” attitude of San Diego RV Center. Frequently once you mention “custom” the other stumble and mumble. Rob and the staff at SD RV simply say yes and when do you want it done. The service technicians have the skills and abilities and seem to enjoy the challenge. For me, this one stop shopping at its best. Larry L
