I was having trouble with a few of my electrical outlets that were non functional and one actually began to spark. I came across this company and decided to give it a try considering I seen they had great reviews. They were able to get out to my location the same day! Luis and Lizette were excellent to work with. We needed a complete home rewire and electrical panel upgrade due to our insurance company requiring the removal of knob-and-tube wiring and an outdated fuse-based panel. Lizette handled all of the coordination and back-and-forth with PG&E and the City of San Francisco, which truly made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Luis and his team for any future electrical needs.

I recently hired San Fran Electric to update the lighting in my mom's house, and the entire experience was excellent. Communication was smooth and easy -- especially over text and the client scheduler, which made coordinating everything super convenient. Luis and his team was on time, professional, and very respectful of my mom's home. The new lighting in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom looks fantastic and has completely brightened up the space. My mom especially appreciates the dimmers, which Luis recommended during the initial walkthrough. There was a minor miscommunication about the number of light fixtures needed, but it was handled quickly and didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Luis clearly knows his work and took his time to explain things in a way that made the family feel comfortable and informed. We're already planning to hire San Fran Electric again for another lighting project soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, friendly, and reliable electrical work!
