I’ve gone to this shop a few times for my car from getting general fixes or emissions testing. They are always kind and communicative, quick in getting the job done, and do great work for a reasonable price! I’ve recommended them to friends and coworkers before and would happily do so again!
I had a slow leak on my right back tire - I called on a Tuesday and told them my issue - Kevin and Theodore found the leak in minutes and patched it up. A few days later I had to call them back because now I had a slow leak in my right front tire. Again, Kevin and Theodore found the leak in minutes and patched it. I received the best customer service from Kevin and Theodore. They were very attentive and extremely friendly. The amount I paid for the patches were very affordable. They really know how to effectively run a great business. I won’t go anywhere else to get my Jeep fixed. Thank you Kevin and Theodore!!
I had a very pleasant experience at Sanfelippo Auto Repair. I was recommended to go here by one of the owners of the business, and from the moment I entered here, I was attended to well and asked what my issues were. Even though my issues were pretty numerous, and especially for the day after Christmas, the team checked each of my issues with the time that they had and were able to attend to each one to a reasonable degree. They also pinpointed a larger issue with my vehicle, too, and Sam said that if he were able to find something cheaper, that he would message me and let me know just so I wouldn't have to pay out the nose. And this all of this with a reasonable fee and even took some money off for my time! Overall, everything was pleasant, quick, and efficient. I definitely would like to make this place my main auto repair shop for the future!
Had a great experience with my first time being to the shop. It’s super clean and was able to get my vehicle fixed extremely fast. I went in with a ball joint issue which was later diagnosed as a loose bolt and they righted it up and didn’t charge me. Also had the front brakes done. Truck rides great again and their honesty was admirable. Will definitely be back for any other needs on my vehicles.
This is my go-to auto repair shop, and I always recommend them to my friends and family. I first drove in about 2-3 years ago for an emissions test and – due to the friendly and helpful staff– have continued coming here since for all of my other car maintenance needs. While they don't offer emissions testing anymore, I highly recommend them for all other auto services! Services are priced reasonably, and performed efficiently with care. As someone that doesn't know a lot about cars, it was really important to find an auto repair shop that I trust. A big shoutout to Sam, especially, for always being so kind, professional, and helpful. He always thoroughly explains any problems and possible solutions.
